This workshop will provide you with some practical knowledge and skills that you can use to take a positive approach to parenting. In this interactive session, I will be sharing my evidence-based expertise as a psychologist, grounded in my experience as a mother of two.

Some of the topics we will cover include:
-Raising happy, confident kids
-Looking after our needs as parents
-Managing our children's behavior (both reinforcing things we like and changing things we don't like)

This workshop will include lectures, discussions, activities, and role plays.
