Every single one of us has some challenges going on at any given time. Some, we can tend to by ourselves. And some, we need help with. I’ll be happy to help with the latter ones if you need someone with objectivity and warmth to process your story. The initial stage in therapy can be overwhelming and disturbing, but as we progress, the sessions mostly ends with a feeling of lightness, relief or clarity. I have around 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families from different cultural backgrounds and have an understanding of delicate intricacies of Asian culture.

I am extremely thankful to have had Pashmi as my therapist; Having struggled with anxiety and depression, Pashmi patiently listened and challenged me in ways that have changed my life. She provided me with valuable tools that also enable me to work through obstacles independently, while remaining reachable in case I cannot manage. Pashmi is compassionate and attentive, and I believe she will contribute remarkably to anyone’s growth and development as she did for me.

The team at Thrive are also wonderful, understanding and host a reassuring atmosphere. I highly recommend Pashmi and the team at Thrive.
