Joslin Gracias, M.A.
I am a CDA-licensed Psychologist with over nine years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families with their therapeutic goals. I draw from various psychological models, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, the Gottman Method of couples Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a trauma-informed therapist, I prioritize building trust and empowering my clients to gain control of their healing journey.
I work holistically by integrating the modalities I am trained in while working with the client’s goals. Providing a safe space for my clients to work through their past and present challenges is fundamental to my practice. Taking the first step to healing and repair can be a mixed bag of emotions, and I am right here to support you through this journey.
