Corina is a CDA-licensed psychologist with more than 10 years of experience in Romania, Spain, and the UAE. She holds a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Corina has also completed further training in Schema Therapy through the International Society of Schema Therapy.
Corina’s area of expertise includes various psychological difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and suicide prevention. She structures her therapy sessions using an integrative approach of evidence-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Corina likes to use a client-centered, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach. She also educates clients on the use of practical therapeutic skills like mindfulness and cognitive restructuring.
